“Our stay was wonderful. Dani was so great and would honestly try to book another VRBO if Dani was the coordinator. We opted to use the shuttle service to get to and from the VRBO which I would recommend as we arrived shortly after 6pm and it was pitch dark. If we were traveling on our our own I highly suspect we could have easily gotten lost as the actual house locators are not marked that well. “The villa is just as pictured. And I could literally live in the salt water pool. This home is away from sights, so I definitely suggest arranging a driver, as the roads are difficult to navigate. But this also gives you tranquility. The concierge Dani is absolutely wonderful. She planned the trip ahead of time with us and even helped us with a couple difficulties that arose. We also recommend booking a meal with their kind Chef Adrian.”

“Would have received 5 stars except the check in process. We arrived in town using the provided pin drop and address with gate codes. Nothing matched. We asked locals for directions and were told no such address. Drove up and down the Hwy for 3.5 hours until after dark. Called, text, and emailed the host with no response. Contacted VRBO and they tried contacting host. Finally made reservations at a hotel in neighboring town and started driving when host finally responded. The pin drop was wrong....

“The property is walking distance from the main turtle nesting beach which was our main focus. The rooms are simple but adequate, a clothes hanging rack or clothes drying line would be a great (and cheap) improvement. There is very little in the area (1 provision shop & a couple of eating joints) and a Tuk Tuk ride to the closest “town” is USD $20 one way.
