“This is a comfortable home in a quiet Waimea neighborhood. There’s a beautiful pasture behind the house with a few cows roaming around. It’s a very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and farmers’ markets. It’s a great location for accessing both sides of the island. It is a bit of a drive to Volcano NP, but still doable. The beautiful Kohala beaches are also close by. We were also close to some great hiking trails. So all in all, this is a great jumping off point for most of the island. ”

“We were very impressed with the grounds, which is literally a lovely jungle botanical garden. Just within steps of the house is a small stream and waterfall, surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. “We had great directions and notes left by host which made finding the cabin easy with little cell reception.We got there a little early and enjoyed the grounds, hiking and checking out the river and waterfalls.The host found us on the property and let us know our cabin was ready for early check in which was great and very accommodating because we got a nap in before going to our event we had to attend.Very helpful and responsive.
