"Our first girls trip to experience the Irish hospitality and it began here at Snoozles! Though I wish they provided free travel-sized shampoo/conditioner, our staff went above and beyond with accommodations. "

"The views are amazing and the location couldn’t be better. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the Latin Quarter and the street behind the apartment has great coffee shops and bakeries. Across the street is a beach great for morning walks. "

"We had a booking last week for 6 people arriving from Australia to stay 2 nights. When we arrived there was a sign on door to say closed due to flood but we hadn't been notified."

"The hotel staff were great and the rooms were nicely decorated however our bathroom had a really damp smell that was annoying. Otherwise such a great location and super convenient to the action!"
"This was such a lovely base for exploring Galway. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the communal area where we could make a cup of tea after exploring. Would highly recommend! "
"Place was very friendly. Staff were very helpful especially Tom and Kerry.Very close to city, trains and buses. Also for trips to Aran islands. Not the cheapest of breaks but occasional bargains could be had. My bus home to Shannon and from Knock to Galway were outside the hostel,so no need to be anxious "
"Such a convenient location! Very helpful staff We. Could listen to the. Music from Eyre Square from our room as the breeze cooled us after a long but pleasurable day exploring Galway's sights and sounds ."
"The hotel is beautiful and modern. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of large windows for natural light. The breakfast was perfect as well. Great location!"
"Bar/restaurant in hotel was excellent and beautiful atmosphere. With the downtown festivals going on, it was nice to be in an area with less people. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Galway. "
"We enjoyed the small boutique hotel tucked down a little lane. It was very quiet yet convenient to walk to Eyre Sqaure and the Latin Qtr, High Street, Quay Street and everything you want from Galway. We upgraded to the King Deluxe room and it was spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom, hair dryer, modern (usb) power. All was perfect for our 1 night in Galway. "
"Lovely room clean but very basic about 40 minutes walk from the centre there is a bus stop up the road on the right every 30 minutes 1.90 euro to the centre the spar on the corner is very handy"
"Beautifully appointed room close to restaurants and bars. Very clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend it as the place to stay. Wish we stayed longer. "
"I stayed at The Dean for five nights and it is a fantastic hotel. Fun, hip, spotless, well decorated, helpful staff, excellent facilities, and a great location. I love this hotel! "
"A great location and great amenities. There during the horse races so it was very busy. the staff did a great job of making sure things worked efficiently. The proximity to the train and coach stations was a real plus."
"The area of town is nothing special, but we enjoyed watching rugby practice at the adjacent pitch. Two issues were the shower; the pressure was good but the design is poor. There was water all over the floor afterwards. The second issue was really poor service in the restaurant, both at dinner and at breakfast. Apparently, being short handed is an issue outside of the US as well. "
