(1,001 reviews) Tried to call the hotel was put on hold for longer than 35 minutes, which I don’t think is acceptable and then at the end of the day the call was disconnected. Could not get hot water when I went to take a bath shower in the evening ran it for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Still no hot water. I think the hotel is overrated. It’s old needs to be updated.
