Villa Elena with air conditioning (included in the price) and its own private swimming pool is situated in 8000 sq m plot on a hillside adjacent to the medieval town of Paliano with commanding views over rolling pastures and distant mountain ranges. The spacious Villa is located 30 minutes drive from Rome (GRA) in a tranquil and secluded location and is ideal for visiting the major attractions (including Magic land theme park with water park planned during 2023) and historical sites of the region.
