The location was beautiful. Parking was not a problem as the unit we rented had its own personal parking space. The property was clean. The couch was kinda old but it was comfy. We enjoyed the view from the balcony every night.
The television in the bedroom did not work throughout the whole trip. This was ok because the manager was attentive to my messages and offered to discount a few dollars of our stay. I thought that was nice.
The property itself had some of the same issues that I saw in prior reviews of the property… the floor looks warped by the balcony door. There was a yellow Jacket wasp nest on the balcony, thankfully there was a can of wasp spray already at the property which makes me feel like the issue could have been resolved before we got there. Also unfortunate was that the dishwasher has some issue with the latch so you kinda have to play with it a bit in order to get it to work. I also found that the stovetop was a bit hard to use as well.
One thing I would suggest is that some new linens be purchased as well as new pillows throughout. I pulled 2 gray hairs off of me after the 1st night… my husband and I both keep our hair very short and these hairs were very long. Also All of the pillows were flat and overused.
Other than that, the property reasonably priced and a good value for your buck.
