Great stay for Tennis Tournament

My Dad and I stayed here for the BNP Paribas Tennis tournament and it was the perfect location! With 10 min of the tennis center, very clean, clear communication with the hosts. Definitely recommend!

Great warm weather get away

We stayed at the Modern Boho home for an extended birthday weekend and it did not disappoint! Very cozy and spacious home with all the accommodations needed! Great location to sight see palm desert or just relax by the pool! We will be back!

Gret place to stay

Lovely condo on a beautiful golf course with great amenities. It had everything we needed and then some- like a coffee bar! We would definitely stay here again.

Golf Getaway

The property was excellent, pool and hot tub were nice and close to the unit. Desert Falls golf course was excellent. Definitely worth a return visit.

Great Palm Desert getaway

We had a great week at this property and surrounding area! Accommodations were comfortable and the unit was well equipped. Nice resort community and access to all the pools was amazing. Quite a central location which made visits to Palm Springs, La Quinta, Joshua Tree and more quite easy. Thank you!

Great Palm Desert Venue

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. The condo is very nice, well stocked and in a great location. The use of the facilities at the country club was an added bonus and Kelly is an excellent host.

Best place to stay!

This condo is really the best place to stay. It had absolutely everything you could need, great location overlooking the golf course, and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was outstanding and all the condo information was clear and very helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Just perfect!

This condo had everything you could need. Furnishings were really nice and incredible view of the golf course. Condo was exceptionally clean and secure. Communication was excellent and information was all included as to check in and condo. Can’t wait until our next visit!

View of 15th fairway

The unit had a specious layout, wonderful primary bed and bath, plenty of storage throughout, balcony overlooking a golf course with sun throughout the day, light and bright. Easy keyless entry. The main bath vanities and medicine cabinets held all your toiletries off the counter tops adding to uncluttered surfaces. The main shower had plenty of hot water with a strong spray. The unit had been updated in the recent past. Good kitchen layout, storage and eating nook. Communication with property management was responsive, clear and easy to contact. FYI - It is on the 2nd floor with steeper stairs. Had a great stay. Too bad it was booked for the following year or we would have booked it again.

Great location and accommodation excellent. The only negative was the swimming pool/spa area opposite the apartment which definitely let the place down. Looked unclean and uninviting.

Sweet condo in Desert Falls

Pictures and real life matched up. Good location if you want to be in Palm desert. Decent gym and golf facilities. Quiet. Liked the large terrace overlooking the fairway, the fireplace for those chilly desert nights, and the shutters to keep the sleeping quarters dark.

Perfect Palm Desert Pad

Great 2 bedroom condo located in a quiet community inPalm Desert. 15 minutes from El Paseo Shopping District and Indian Wells Tennis Stadium. Good location. Safe. Clean. Property manager was very quick to respond. Large master with en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom was spacious with its own bathroom as well. Perfect location for a weekend getaway.

Comfortable place and great location.

Every thing was great! Close to a pool, close to lots of restaurants. Great walkable neighborhood. Afternoon sun on patio in afternoon gets a little hot. Stairs are not for people who hate stairs. Overall, good value and we had a wonderful time. Desert Springs Spa is very close and worth the price. Spent the entire day there. Thanks to the owner who we never had to contact. One recommendation is to lubricate the sliding door to patio.

Excellent location, unit, and communication

We choose the location close to an event we were attending in Palm Dessert. The unit is clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable for 4 adults. The unit is exactly as described in the listing and wonderful to be able to sit outside on the porch and watch the golfers. We did not use any of the pools but walked by and they looked great and well cared for. We reached out a few times to the owner and she was very fast to reply. Communication prior to arrival was excellent as well. I would recommend this place.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

My husband and I and a other couple stayed here for the Stagecoach Weekend. It was perfect. The layout of the townhome was perfect and very spacious, it was clean and all the furniture was comfortable. The bed was great and the bathroom was huge. I would absolutely stay here again, it couldn’t have been better!!! The owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with, all communication was very clear and detailed. Community is gated, safe, and beautiful. The only thing I would mention (it was a non issue for us) is that the condo is on the second floor with a flight of stairs (about 10 or so) to get to the front door. It was perfectly fine for us but I have friends who’s son is in a wheelchair and it’s really hard for them to book getaways because they never know. That said, I wanted to put it out there for anyone that would need to know. But for us this was absolutely perfect!!!

Terrific stay

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely property. It was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the grounds and location were amazing. We especially enjoyed the fitness facility and tennis courts. We would gladly stay here again. Also the property manager (Kelly) was very easy to get a hold off, well organized and helpful.

Amazing stay for a girls trip !

Me and my best friend came down from Canada for a girl’s trip in October . This property was just perfect for us and so spacious and comfortable and greatly laid out . It was was so clean and inviting and had everything we needed . Beds were soo comfortable . Kitchen is fully stocked . We felt very safe here , as it is a gated community and the unit had an alarm system . It was also so quiet and peaceful and close to everything- restaurants , shopping, groceries etc. Communication was timely and clear . Highly recommend this property - I would definitely love to come back as we found it to be wonderful, welcoming and so beautifully decorated as well. Thank you for having us !
