Gorgeous single level (no one above or below) 3 bdrm 2.5 bath 1820sf condo located on the 2nd green of the premier Desert Falls Country Club known as: “The Friendliest Country Club In The Desert”! Newly updated and beautifully furnished! Come relax in luxury!!

Staying here you will have everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you will need to enjoy cooking or entertaining. Living room is equipped with gas burning fireplace, new 65" smart TV, oversized comfy sectional couch and additional seating. All bedrooms have brand new Cal King beds, ceiling fans and large closets. Primary bathroom has oversized soaking tub + walk in shower and dual vanities.
The Den off the kitchen is a nook that has an oversized lounger (can be used as a bed) and is great area for an extra guest or child.
The patio overlooks the 2nd green and is a fantastic, peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the afternoon with friends.

We are pet friendly and welcome your furry family member. The front porch is fully gated so your dog can roam free. The patio is open to the golf course, so pets must be on a leash when on back patio.

There are 2 large pools + hot tubs only 1 minute walk. You will have full use of the Country Club facilities which includes Gym, Tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts and restaurant.
Along with being listed as one of the top 10 courses by the SCPGA, Desert Falls Country Club, in the heart of Palm Desert, earned a four-star rating from Golf Digest’s “Best Places to Play.” Desert Falls CC is located on the corner of Cook & Country Club Drive. Across the street is Ralphs, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Morton’s, and other restaurants. And only a 5-10 minute drive is located more dining, shopping and Costco. Find your way down to El Paseo and bask in the many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Downtown Palm Springs is 30 minutes away which is a fun place to visit. If you like to gamble, Agua Caliente is very close by and a beautiful facility. And don't forget about the Golfing!

Great Accommodations!
Our stay at this condo in Desert Falls was terrific. The property itself is well maintained and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail of the rental was evident - every room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals We loved sitting outside on the patio overlooking the golf course. The owners were incredibly accommodating. Their passion for hospitality truly shines through in every aspect of the rental experience. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay look no further - this is the perfect condo.
