Had 12 adults. 3 decent sized bedrooms, nice pull out couch, not uncomfortable like the usual ones you find. The full beds with the bunks are a nice touch if you need the space, but would be better for couples since theyre not that big. The resort is awesome. Tram rides are quick and convenient and all the staff at the resort were AWESOME. lots of fun activities everyday at the pool and on the beach. Theyre pretty laid back with the pool hours. But even if they weren't its open until midnight which is awesome but people we on the beach and in the pool at 2am. Theres alot of rules for the rental itself which were kinda hard to keep track of and kind of nerve racking reminding 12 people not to do something as simple as not washing your face with a wash cloth if you have makeup on, especially if youve been drinking all day at the pool or whatever you do. Also no beach towels and the pool didnt have any towels either. Luckily i live in in the state so i brought some just in case but i would recommend bringing your own wash cloths and beach towels so you dont have that problem. I would 100% stay here again. It was perfect for what we needed. No real complaints for me, just advice. Laundry soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish rags, wash cloths, beach towels. Thanks for accommodating us! We had a blast!

Perfect for my big family!
This villa is in the perfect location. Close enough to the bridge to the resort without dealing with traffic. Ample room. I brought my five kids, son in law, daughter in law, and grandbaby. So close to local attractions and restaurants. Villas are gated! No riff raff at all. Property was beautifully kept. Everything you need in this villa. Right next to the pond so you can hear the frogs sing at night if you go on the patio. The resort was amazing!!! The pools are huge. Lots of activities. Karaoke pool side on a red flag day was awesome! No long wait at all for a tram to the resort side if you don’t want to walk, but the walk is not far at all. Bridge crosses the road so you don’t deal with traffic or have to drive. Communication with propety management was better than anything I’ve ever experienced on this app. Will definitely go again next year and stay longer!

Convenient
The condo was as described. We were across the road from the beach, easy walking distance. We loved it!! Could use a swiffer or mop with all the sand, we swept a lot & needed a mop. Great communication with host. Our family loved it!! The entry guard was really rude the first day but we didn't see him any other time. We enjoyed the turtles & birds around the pond.

Excellent location!
Just a short walk or tram ride to get to the beach! Small private pool right outside our door was the best feature on this property. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo was very spacious and the layout of this 3BR-3BA home allowed for privacy for all guests which is so important!! Condo was fully stocked with items in the kitchen for meal prepping. Washer and dryer came in handy just bring your own laundry soap. Great communication with homeowners. Wonderful experience, we will be coming back!

Great location
Property was just as described. Super close to the walk way to get across to the main pool and beach. Trams also came on a regular basis if you wanted to take one. Host answered all questions timely and place was clean and just what we needed. Would stay again.

Mostly good
Pros - nice location and size. The unit is set away from most of the complex, only downside is that the team to the beach did not come as often as needed. Good view of the first green. Cons - as a first floor unit, if there is someone staying above, it is very loud. The furniture is dated and not the most comfortable. For the price, to only include one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel and one trash bag seems ridiculous, but that’s the way the whole condo complex is. Had to immediately go to the grocery store.

Nice place to stay and the rental agency was nice to talk with.
The place is great. Nice to have a first floor spot and it’s close to a tram pick up spot for the beach. Fun that the back patio overlooks a golf hole.

Great Property Not So Great Unit or Ownership
We love Edgewater and have stayed in other units and had good experiences. This unit had floors that were not clean (black feet or socks resulted if you didn’t wear shoes). The unit is sparsely equipped with very few dishes for a week long stay, no additional bedding for pull out bed, 1 towel per person, no hot pad or dish cloth for the kitchen etc. The unit was not equipped for relaxation due to do not signs for everything from leaving the door open to sitting on furniture with wet clothes. Not sure who these people have rented to or why someone this OCD would want rental property. Also adding to stress everything was labeled and counted. The unit was downstairs and people above (who we were told were owners) were incredibly loud with a barking dog, creaky floors and kids running constantly. They apparently enjoyed this as they commented on their noise level to us on 2 occasions. We would never stay in this unit again.
