Perfect location .This condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. Very clean. The property manager was wonderful. We have been staying at Tropics winds for years and never had a bad experience. Highly recommended

Great home base for PCB stays
Family really enjoyed this unit as a home base for our vacation. Spent our time soaking in the Gulf and the pool as well as hitting PCB attractions. Unit is just as pictured - clean and well-appointed with beautiful views. Location by the elevator may be troubling to some but we barely noticed it. Mattress in main bedroom might be due for a refresh, but it didn't stop me from sleeping. Owner/Riley was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

This condo is clean and furnished with most of the amenities of home. The balcony is spacious and the view is wonderful. We saw dolphins several times and sting rays from out balcony. We absolutely loved out time and will return. The 2 things first timers need to know are, When you arrive, you can pull into the garage by the elevators and unload, even though you park across the street. Also, all your check in information is in your email, so go directly to your condo.

Good location. The property is clean. Check in process wasn’t so great. I didn’t know where to park or where to go to check in. No email or notification. I didn’t know I had to download an app to find out where to park and to find out instruction on how to check in. Very long wait at the elevators. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels. There were some cracked glasswares and there were exposed nails between the carpet and tiles (bedroom doors).

Perfect
This was the perfect condo for me, my husband, and mom to enjoy our vacation. So clean, nice, and cozy! It was updated and had everything we needed. One thing that I loved was the chest on the balcony with beach items such as nets, boogie board, inflatables, etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in PCB!

Perfect
My sister and I spent some quiet down time here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was super clean, which is always number one on my list. The grounds were immaculate as well. Parking was tricky to figure out at first but we eventually figured it out after seeing a note in our condo that our assigned spot was across the street. The elevators were fresh smelling and even the trash chute was well maintained. My sister really loved the hot tub. It was nice seeing it being cleaned every day. I would definitely return.

October Stay
The unit is fair - not the upscale that I was expecting. In need of some TLC. Walls are dirty and dinged up. Fridge is dinged. Linens were ok - dirty bath mat in master. Stains on furniture. Also had issue with tv and a broken beach chair in the storage unit. Manager sent someone to help with TV - hubby had it figured out already. Made certain to document all so as to get damage deposit returned. And parking is across the busy street. View from balcony is spectacular.

Perfect location and spectacular views of the Gulf!
The condo was equipped with everything one might need to have a wonderful vacation. Patio furniture was fantastic and conducive to dining as well as relaxing. Décor was beautiful and reflected the beach ambience!

Rough weather week

We were hesitant to try a new beach this year (creatures of habit) but so thrilled to share our great experience! I loved our condo and Tropic Winds! The unit was super clean, away from the crowds and family oriented.

Amazing!
This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Amazing views of the Gulf, easy access to the beach and a short distance to Pier Park. Having beach chairs was a huge benefit as well.I highly recommend Tropic Winds 1705.

Peaceful Retreat
As returning guest to this condo, we had another fantastic stay. The condo size fits our family perfectly; plus the view is breathtaking, and it is located close to everything we enjoy doing while in Panama City Beach.

Absolutely loved this condo and the Tropic Winds property! We have stayed at many properties in PCB and this is now by far our favorite. Condo 1705 was spacious, very nicely decorated, and stocked with everything you would ever need. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and when I called, both John and Greta were beyond friendly, accommodating and handled our issues immediately. We highly recommend staying here!

Best beach condo
The condo was very clean (and I'm picky!), very spacious, and comfortable. The balcony was the best part and we spent most of our time out there or on the beach. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. You literally can't get any closer to the beach than this condo, once you step out of the elevator you are basically there. We hope to stay here again!

Condo was perfect for our group
This place had all of the essentials for a great stay. The beds were comfortable, linens fresh. Was impressed that the water and ice available through the door of the fridge was filtered. The first day we didn't have access to the balcony due to painting but the rest of the trip it was open. The only negatives were that the toaster didn't work, were told that our parking was across the street (which didn't apply because of the instruction,) and the checkout instructions in the unit were not as complete as the ones via email which I didn't check until I got home. Hope we didn't mess it up. Great trip in a nice place.

Our stay at Tropic Winds 1705 was wonderful! We found the condo to be incredibly clean and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the view so nice. It is on the quieter end of the beach and we really enjoyed that. From the moment we checked in to the day we left the staff was very helpful.
