Beth and Randy are amazing hosts and very responsive and friendly. The location of the carriage house is perfect! Is is right around the corner from Camp Watercolor and also near several ponds with turtles and great walking and biking paths. “Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. “Loved the porch with the rocking chairs. When we called asking about the key pad they were very helpful. The bed was hard to get in and out. Too close to the walls and my husband gouged his shins on the crooked bed frame.”

“My husband and I used to come to the island every year. He died 5 years ago and this was my first trip back and my sister came with me (this was her first trip there). It was good to come back to the island and see that not too much has changed. I love the peace and the people there and will be back. As for the condo, the location is great!!! The furniture was uncomfortable and a little unclean. I gave the overall rating a 4 and will recommend the condo to others.”

“Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. “We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time.
