“The directions from the owner were clear and it was easy to enter the building. The unit was clean and in really good condition. It had great views of Toronto from the 38th floor. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay here again.”

“I don't recommend it at all, no communication with the owner, only by email, no phone. The description doesn't mention that it's in a basement with no windows. My wife and kids were scared to stay, so we had to leave the place and book another for the night. The owner didn't respond to me when I described the place by whatsapp. ”

“Good property. Property management company was terrible with communication. Had to constantly contact them about billing and getting invoices so we coukd pay.”

“Had a wonderful stay at this property. Very clean and well arranged. Property owners were very helpful and responsive. Location in Sydney was very convenient. We were able to watch New Years fireworks from our room which was amazing. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Host was not responsive, and misrepresented the property. Host did not clearly communicate with me when I asked several questions about their unit, dodged many questions, and didn't give me any check in instructions. Finally after many back and forth with Vrbo and trying to reach the host, I checked out the unit. Unit had many issues like AC not working, and a cockroach infestation.
