Located on the ground floor of a typical Parisian building in which Offenbach lived, this 60 m² apartment is ideally located, as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.

The apartment opens onto a large fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant and spacious living room and a dining area for 6 people.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with Queen-Size beds with high quality mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep, plenty of storage, SMART-TV and one of them is equipped with a small office space.
The bathroom is communicating with the two bedrooms, the toilets are separate.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed.

At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from smart TVs, and high-speed wifi.

Petits problèmes : un léger retard sur le ménage, des poignées de porte à remettre en place, une cafetière qui fuie, un four un peu compliqué à utiliser. Points Fort : très bel appart, très bien situé (commerces, métro), très fonctionnel, grande douche. On reviendra. PS. Un venilia translucide sur les fenêtres serait un plus pour un appartement au rez-de-chausée donnant sur la rue.
