Este condominio Park Avenue remodelado con buen gusto cuenta con una de las mejores ubicaciones en Park City. Ubicado en la línea de autobús gratuito, al lado del campo de golf, a solo pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y los ascensores de Park City Mountain Resort. Family Ski Trip

This property has an excellent location, within walking distance to the slopes as well as grocery stores and ski rental shops. The property was well stocked with kitchen supplies, clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. Communication with the host prior to arrival was very helpful and informative. The unit was very quiet. We would definitely stay in this property again!

Great location, nice condo; a few minor gripes

Stayed here with my family of 5 for a 7 day visit to PC. In general, the condo & location was great, we enjoyed our stay. Would visit again, but do have a few minor complaints.The Good:- Condo was well stocked with blankets, pillows, etc for comfort & fireplace was great to thaw out next to. - Family room area was comfy and was our nightly hangout. - Loft-style bedroom with a double bed and a separate small twin - the double was comfortable, the twin sits right against a window facing Park Ave and my son complained of being really cold because of the window.- A queen room in the middle is probably the best as it is away from the headlights and the snow shoveling noise (see below).- The master has a queen bed with a master ensuite which was nice with heated floors. The bad:- Kitchen not well stocked (no spatulas, tongs or grill tools, soup ladle, baking sheets)- Pillows were terrible, flat pancakes- Headlights from the Burger King drive-through across the street shine into the windows ALL NIGHT, could use blackout shades to block.- Snow shovelers and parking lot plows were extremely loud right outside the master suite every night at 2AM for 2 hours.- The main door keypad to the pool bldg didn't work so all guests had to get creative with getting into the pool/spas. Lights in the bldg also didn't work so it was dark.- Only "Xfinity" remotes are available, so couldn't use the smart TVs to access my Netflix/Hulu/Other channels. Please leave the actual TV remotes!

Good Accommodation

We had adults to babies, w/skiers and non-skiers. Location was good but difficult to walk to the ski hill w/kids & equipment (we did it a couple of times though.) Great location to market. Accommodations fit our group well, however, we did have to purchase ant traps and many appliances were broken & plates/cups were chipped. Having the hot tub right next door was a huge bonus. Kids loved the deer that walked across each morning. For our first time in Park City we felt the location was good and affordable. **We didn't rely on the bus system with so many kids, we walked or drove to most destinations.

Plenty of room and a good location. Fresh market, pharmacy, and fast food restaurants right across the street. A 12 to 15 minute walk to the ski resort.

Great Park City Condo

Perfect condo to stay at in Park City. Very convenient for Sundance screenings and amenities. Condo was clean and check-in was quick and easy. Clean and comfortable for 3 adults, with room for more.

Excellent Park Ave Condo and location near bus stop to PC Resort Center. Family included 76 year Grandpa, parents and three grandsons(9-14). A great sunny week of skiing at PC..

Wonderful location

Wonderful location, easy check-in process. Had a few issues with enough hot water in all of the showers and the condo can use some updates. However, for not being there much, the location near the ski lodge and across the street from grocery/pharmacy was awesome.

Great Location

The property was in a great location, we were able to walk to the ski lifts, rather than drive or shuttle. The house had everything you could need. We appreciated all of the spices, coffee filters, TP, towels, etc. Jeff was great to work with, very responsive. The house felt bigger that what the pictures showed. The only thing I didn’t love was the loft, it is right above the living room/ kitchen. So when anyone turned on the lights downstairs / were talking , we woke up. Perhaps they could install a heavy curtain/drape to help block the lights and noise a bit. Other than that the house was great! We really loved it!

Great condo and location!

The condo was bigger than I thought it was going to be! Two living rooms and a huge kitchen meant plenty of room for all of us to relax to comfortably. Responsive and informative host meant I knew exactly what we needed to do for check in, and what to expect on the property.

Nice property at a good location

We had three college age boys for a week on the slopes. This condo gave us room to be together and room to be apart. There was plenty of hot water which is a plus. There was a bus stop just on Park Ave and a grocery store across the street.

Great management and location

Great place. Jeff was super helpful before and after we checked in. We were having trouble with the wifi. I mean, it is a ski and board vacation, not a be on line vacation right? Well he ran right over within an hour and had us up and running again.

Excellent location with plenty of space

We loved this rental for our group’s ski trip! There was plenty of room and the location was great. Walking distance to the slopes and the bus stop to get to town was very near the condo. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. The grocery store is right across the street. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location, Clean, Comfortable, Full of Amenities

Easy to rent, got my questions answered, appreciated the condo having a door combination so I didn't track down a key. I loved the well equipped condo including dishes, silverware, cups, wine glasses, dishwasher, lots of linens, fire place, bathtub, 2.5 baths, beds and couch were extremely comfortable. I was able to put our suitcases in the office after we checked out. I'm looking forward to booking it again. Negative: 3rd bedroom is a loft and open to downstairs (I would have preferred if it was like the other two room).

AWESOME location!

The location of this condo could not have been better! Walk across the street to Fresh Market, Starbucks and free bus! 1 stop away from Park City skiing. The condo itself had been updated and was very nice. LOVED the master bathroom with jetted tub. The master shower was good sized (door leaks underneath so be prepared with extra towels!) Kitchen was adequately supplied. Said it had a coffee grinder, didn't find one, but it did have a small food processor which worked. Covered parking was great for the 2 days of snow! And to be right across from pool and hot tub were bonus material!! The small stackable washer/dryer are in a bedroom so be nice to the person sleeping in that room so they'll swap your laundry!! (Thank you, sweetie!) They need to get rid of an old a/c unit on master porch to make it more appealing to sit and enjoy the view of the mountain! Lots of firewood, but we didn't light a fire a single time....too busy skiing! I would definitely book again.

Great location, very clean & perfect for anyone!

If you haven’t been to Park City, you need to! This condo is perfectly located near the slopes, across street from grocery (& liquor store), VERY clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for 1 or 2 families. Jeff, the manager, was very helpful in planning our trip. Because we arrived in town late, we had Grocery Girls delivered our groceries. That worked out perfectly. Jeff was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!!

Location, location, location!

This condo was roomy, cozy and soooo close to everything. Market was right across the street. Mountain is one stop to the base on the free bus line which stops out front of the condo. The condo has ample room for three couples and the children in our party. This really is a great location. Clean, well stocked and very enjoyable. We will return!

Great lodging for a ski and snowboard trip

I set up a guy's trip to Park City and this was a great place to stay. It was the most centralized spot in Park City with easy access to nearly everything. Dining, market, and mountain access were all very close proximity. Downtown was a short Uber/Lyft drive. The hot tub is a very short walk across the parking lot. My group was 6 guys and we were pretty comfortable in the condo. I would recommend this condo.

Great condo!

This is a great condo that is very well equipped with everything you need. We are a family of five and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The hot tub and pool are just across the driveway and the grocery store is directly across the street. We had a rental car but you really don’t need one since the bus stop is right out back. Great experience overall!
