“Well located, beach front. Staffs are super nice. The problems are the hotel often host events (team building, conference ect.. ) the hotel's guests are very impolite, they speak so loud and slamming the room's doors. There are 2 towers in hotel, they should arrange for that type of group in the different tower or different floor, not all in a floor or too close to each other like that. I understand that the hotel want to save energy, easier for cleaning but the guests need to be confortable……

“The property looks like new and it’s pretty. It’s convenient to the beach which is great. The restaurant is big and clean, the staffs are friendly, and most importantly, the bed is comfortable! We love our stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future. ”

“This was a great stop on our trip. Quiet with beautiful gardens and pool. Not a high rise like many other places around so it was less crowded and felt secluded. Great food and service. Wish we could have stayed another day. ”

“飯店服務台夜班「女」服務生態度很差，出示了訂房代碼，也一再表示已經付清全額費用，但因文很差的「她」一直說沒有收到訂房通知，不讓我們入住。最後是打國際電話請北京的Hotels.com辦公室人員代為處理，過程中讓人無奈又氣憤！因為女服務生一直翻白眼，又很凶，好像我們是騙子一樣！”

“Very nice and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean. One bed rooms are a little small, but the double rooms are huge. ”

“Dû à cette période difficile, il n’y avait que nous dans tout le resort. C’était donc très calme. Le personnel malgré une situation compliquée pour eux était très souriant, avenant et présent pour le moindre besoin. Les chambres ne sont pas de premiere jeunesse mais bien entretenues. La plage était propre, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas au Vietnam. ”
