My family truly enjoyed our stay. While we didn't get to the pool, we enjoyed the room, game room and interaction with staff. The game room could use an update, super cheap toys (like dollar store clearance). The pizza was not bad but not memorable. Michael and Julian were kind and professional. I would definitely recommend. Minor things: the building (mostly cosmetic) could use some work. There were bugs in the room but we figured that was from being so close to water. I would recommend treatment because I don't deal with bugs at home and don't want to while trying to sleep or take anything home with me. The staff were amazing and seemed to love being at work; minus the lady at the pizza place (name starts with a 'D'). She assumed I wasn't going to tip, staying several times while working through screens 'hit no tip'. With the exception of that interaction, work check-in so late, check-out should be at 11a at the earliest.
