Lots of tiny ants near fridge & sink. Annoying but harmless. Amenities are perfect for kids. Grounds safe.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando honestly set the bar for us. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was hands down the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Every request we made was completed quickly and in an organized way. No chasing, no confusion, no attitude. Just smooth service. What really stood out was that the staff never once made us feel like we were bothering them. There was zero attitude, which unfortunately you do see at other hotels. Everyone was respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were always ready to assist. You can tell they actually care about the guest experience and take pride in what they do. This is easily our favourite hotel we’ve stayed at in Orlando and will 100 percent be our go to spot whenever we’re back. Highly recommend.
