"Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only things that could be improved are having to go across the street to get ice and no phone in the room. "

"Your property has everything you could possibly need! Beds are comfy and linens are nice. Love all the patios and the views are astounding. It was very quiet in the evenings (we didn’t need the earplugs provided). The only complaint….we couldn’t stay longer. Cheers! ~Tessa"

"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

"Really wonderful stay once again at the Seattle Regency. The second I got into the room I immediately forgot the long drive I had. The cleanliness, the smell, the comfortable bed. It’s just a wonderful place. If I had any sort of nitpick the parking lot has filled up the previous two times I’ve stayed there after I’ve already paid for parking. Then I have to pay for street parking as well as hotel parking which is frustrating."
"Extremely clean room and bathroom. The location was great. We did not have a car but could easily walk to many restaurants and stores for anything we needed. Check in was very easy; the lady who checked us in was friendly, fast and informative. We would definitely stay here again. "
"Brandy is a gem!! From making herself available to me for an early check-in support me and my trip then to help me find my phone that I lost in an Uber shes the one who was able to contact Uber for me without me having my phone it was great! She really is an asset to your property!! She cares and is dedicated and you can't buy or train that great job Brandy!"
"The room was nice and clean, the check in process was easy and neighborhood/area was awesome! Glad we picked this spot, we’re only in town for a couple days but this locations let us do everything we wanted to easily!"
"We liked the autonomy of the coded entry, and having a full kitchen available, and large luxurious bathrooms, even though they weren’t attached to our room. The building had the vibe of a dormitory in a fancy private school, and reminded us of some of the McMenamins we have stayed at. Floor is a little bit squeaky, which is to be expected in such an old building. It would be very difficult for anybody with mobility issues to stay here. But the neighborhood is very quirky and fun, and the bed was very, very comfortable."
"Room was clean and had basic necessities. Transport with walking distance. Within walking distance to a river and gas works park with a nice view for sunset. "
"Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only things that could be improved are having to go across the street to get ice and no phone in the room. "
"This rental was cozy and the staff was attentive when questions came up! The listing is as described. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We only stayed for 2 nights, but I would definitely come back. Thanks!"
"Comfortable room, easy check in process, functional. It had everything we needed for the small amount of time we were indoors. Would stay here again. "
"If you're going there because of Star Wars, know it's only a picture hanging on the wall, not a themehotel. We didn't care at all about that and felt we got exactly what we paid for. A clean room, bathroom, shared kitchen in a safe area, very close to a bus stop. The owner was very prompt with responses to texts regarding the room as well. This is a nicer type of hostel, so be prepared to hear the other guests more than if you were at a hotel. With that said, the other guests who stayed while we were there were respectful of the times when it came to noise. We would go back and recommend."
Modern Townhome in Walkable Ballard - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with AC
10/10 Excellent
"Brian’s place was spotlessly clean, easily walkable to all of the places in Ballard. Brian was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We loved the rooftop patio. "
"Comfortable, clean, and modern location. Very much appreciated clear communication from host. Beds comfortable, kids slept on pull out. Shower was nice. Everything very clean and in good order. Lovely outdoor sitting area. We were visiting family in Fremont and this was the perfect location, five min away. We would stay here again and recommend to others! It is industrial area mixed in with some breweries. We felt safe, and at the same time, was not an area for walking around. Only 1-2 blocks away, nice park for kids, great coffee shops. Convenient grocery store we appreciated! thank you! "

"We booked this room for a one night stay in Seattle and it was everything we needed! Vincent was awesome when it came to communicating booking details and general questions.
