“The pension was very clean and by the water. It was nice to have a balcony that my mom can sit and watch the water. The folks there were super nice, even allowed us to do some laundry as we were traveled to our next destination. One thing my mom would have loved is an elevator but for pensions that have been around for long, that would be a rarity. But overall, great stay at a nice quiet place! ”

“I originally didn't understand that the check-in was virtual, and so struggled to get checked in. Once we understood the process, it went fine. We got good help from on-site staff who addressed a couple of questions to our satisfaction. Bus station is just up the street, with a convenient taxi stand for our travels around Sokcho. E-mart grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. They have everything.”
