“Nice and clean, everything you needed including a fan (it was very hot) shampoo and conditioner were really good. Most hotel shampoo’s make my hair dry. The ones provided didn’t do that. ”

“This is a nice hotel, excellent value for the price. Friendly welcome - not particularly by design, I was right on the nice and early check in time of noon and my room was ready. Ample off road parking. A little out of town if you're walking but "local" supermarkets are nearby. Convenient for the coast, RSPB Reserve. Again, for the price paid it was great value and I would definitely stay again.”

“We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service. The decision was made...
