"We were not able to stay because there was no communication from the property owners or caretakers. We were not permitted to even see the reception desk to ask what unit number we are staying at. I did not receive any text messages or email from Expedia or vrbo. The only phone number I received from Expedia is a corporate number for Lumierre residences which office closed at 5 pm."

"WiFi ended after the 2nd day. The agent explained that the WiFi is on a daily data usage and that we had reached the quota. We were assured that it would come back online the next day, it did not. Further conversations resulted with us paying an additional fee for a week's WiFi. That week's WiFi lasted for a day and a half. Fed up, we gave up on the WiFi. 2 very bored teenagers....The swimming pool does exist but there is a daily charge per person over 10 years old...The gym exists but is NOT...

"Staff at the front desk, fab restaurant, housekeeping and the guest services and security were absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this hotel. I stayed with my family for 2 months and everyday the customer service of all the staff was excellent. I will definitely come back. I will miss the wonderful staff especially Topher from housekeeping and Mike from restaurant fab. The managers at the front desk were wonderful. I would also like to thank the guest services for always assisting us with the stroller. Thank you all so much"
