Great little get away!

Check in was super easy, location is so close to everything. The house was ridiculously well stocked (the best we’ve stayed at!). There is no gym equipment because apparently a previous guest stole it :-( but otherwise everything is exactly as advertised. We weren’t fans of the property management company but Amanda the host was amazing and easy to work with. Would 100% stay here again. ALSO: don’t go to Starbucks. Go to Noley’s and and Muk’s and Smashley’s. Absolute gems.

Lovely home, Excellent communication

This house is nicely located in an overall quiet neighborhood not far off a main road for easy and quick access. Amanda gets all the stars for great communication leading up to, and during our stay. We had no issues while we were in their home for two nights. It was comfortable for seven of us with two bedrooms and the kiddos in the living room. During the day the large kitchen and open layout provided us a nice place to hang out and relax. Plenty of seating as well, and cozy blankets. The beds were both soft. Couch and coffee table updated since photos posted. Many amenities such as varieties of soaps and tin foils, baggies, spices and more. Nice patio, backyard, and bonus rooms that we didn't end up using much. Helpful notes for checkout via text, app, and posted on fridge. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Payson Home in the Woods

Clean, beautiful, nicely decorated home in the woods of Payson. Plenty of cook ware in the kitchen. Elk wandered through the front yard on the last evening. Great communication and easy access.

A Great Place to Stay

The property was as advertised...in fact it was more. It every amenity you could ask for from streaming TV to the conveniences in the kitchen. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It was our home away from home!

Exploring Payson

This was a perfect house to explore Payson and have our dogs. Everything was as it was shown and stated on the site. The primary bathroom was a bit small for my 6’8” husband. But, he’s used to it, haha!

Scam in Payson

My family and I stayed at this house for a weekend of fishing. Everything went well. All the check out instructions were followed. A couple hours after getting home I received a text message from the property owner stating that the cleaning lady found that the two beds in the property were found broken. The owner stated that a claim would be filed and someone would contact me with maintenance charges etc. they sent pictures that I didn’t recognize. I informed the owner that I had pictures and videos of how I left the property which I immediately sent them. No one ever contacted me after that. Unfortunately, it was the owner apparently trying to scam me. Beware of scammers

Perfect Mountain Retreat

This home is top notch! Everything is the excellent quality and the host has thoughtfully stored it with all you will need. Our favorite place was sitting around the firepit in the backyard. There is plenty of room to lounge inside the house, too. It feels like you're in the forest yet are conveniently close to town. I would highly recommend this place!

litte respite

It was to be three of us, we are old friends for over 45 years. But one got sick, so the two of us just chilled and relaxed. Enjoyed your home so much. It had all the possible conveniences we could ever think of. We loved Payson. It was my first time there, although my husband and I nearly bought a house there about ten years ago. I loved Payson, great town and area. Enjoyed Green Valley Park. Thank you Amanda, we very much enjoyed it.

What a gem!

Even cuter than in the pictures! Close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The attention to detail was great (for example, a motion light off the back porch, handy for taking the dog out pre-dawn). Even Christmas lights and a tree for the festive season! Very warm and welcoming. More like a home than a rental. Would definitely stay again!

AMAZING!

This sweet house can be described as COZY & CLEAN!! Great amenities, super back yard as we took our little blind dog who incidentally navigated through the well laid out house. Amanda is there in a moment's notice if you need help. We enjoyed the wildlife mainly the squirrels jumping from tree to tree in the back yard. Property has great neighbors and is very quiet and relaxing. Please give it a try and I promise you will not be sorry!!!

Beautiful home in the cool pines!

This home was immaculately clean and well stocked with every possible kitchen appliance, shampoo and body wash. There was a fully fenced backyard for our dogs and a grill. The neighbors were quiet and friendly and we saw elk wander through the front yard on several evenings. Close to a grocery and a convenience store and several restaurants. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

Wonderfully appointed, super cute house in a central Payson location. Communication and flexibility w owner was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Place is as described. Loved the yard and fire pit set up.
