"We stayed 6 nights, not once during that time the room was cleaned or refresh, we had to ask on front desk for clean towels, sheets, toilet paper, trash bags and kleenex and did the "refresh" ourselves. We do ask for the refresh after 3 nights, and ask if the cleaning was included and they said "yes, every two days", so they said they were sorry housekeeping hasn't clean the room an supposedly asked for it to be done but it simply didn't happen. So we did it ourselves, they said we can take the dirty towels and trash out to the hall and they'll take care of it... it was there sitting for 3 days, even though we saw the housekeeping cart several times in the hall (cleaning other rooms). "
