"This comment is about Hotels.com not the hotel. I reserved this location to pay on site. My card was charged a few days of the reservation. Second, upon arrival my reservation showed unpaid although the said it was. She had to call her manager to enter a code. There was a comment made that our reservation was another Expedia issue. I have used hotels.com for a number of years and this is the first concerning experience.
