This lake view condo in Mesa offers 2 bedrooms with king bed, perfect for a serene getaway for Seniors over 45 years of age (adults ONLY) requires 30-day minimum stay for only $80 per day. This is only available June 2025-October 2025. With amenities like heating, AC, and a washing machine, guests can relax in the cozy living space after a day of exploring all this beautiful community with every amenity you would want. The 2 bathrooms feature a shower and bathtub for added convenience. The 2 Olympic size pools, a covered walking pool, 2 Jacuzzis, sauna and steam rooms located in the full gym. It also has 2 18-hole golf courses, Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball Courts. Large Library and Pool Tables. This charming retreat is the ideal spot for your Mesa adventure of lakes and mountains.
