The cabin is located in a beautiful area, it's spacious and quaint. The downstairs was perfect for kids and there was plenty of beds to accommodate large parties. The house was clean and the check out requests were reasonable, its a good option for you if you're looking to rent a cabin close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge.

Misleading "hot tub" and hotel has better accommodations

We chose this place because it had the hot tub and rock wall. Hot tub lid was filthy and broken. Couldnt take lid off without several people without all the grime and leaves getting into tub. It was very shallow and the oddest one I have ever seen. On way there we were told that we had starter packs for laundry and necessities because the last renter took everything. We had more coffee and creamer in a hotel room the night before. Soap was so old or cheap that it disintegrated and stuck to the tub. Shampoo was the bottom of a bottle of the cheapest possible brand. Not enough coffee for all of us to have one cup. Washer-cheap old detergent and dryer sound was high pitched scream. Had to go to laundry mat. Worst experience in a VRBO ever.

Great getaway

Loved our stay at Valley Hi. Great location with quick access to the parkway. Cabin was great and accommodated our family of 8 well. Our grandson had great time in the hot tub. Only negative I had with the cabin was no access to a bathroom without going thru a bedroom.

Wonderful Stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed this cabin for my (almost) 2 year old’s first trip to Pigeon Forge with my husband and I. We LOVED the convenience to the parkway and short drive to Gatlinburg. My son LOVED the magnetic wall and was trying to figure out the rock wall (he hasn’t developed that coordination just yet, lol). My only criticism is maybe placing a curtain or some type of blinds over the front door in the near future. It felt like we were a little on display at night. But otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The cabin was in a great location, went in with a few things that needed fixed like the couch arm rest by fireplace wasn’t attached and kept falling over. The hot tub wasn’t clean, but other than that it was a fantastic stay and would recommend it to others. Definitely will look at this cabin again in the future.

Awesome family trip

Location is great! The house was wonderful and we loved the porches and all the space. My kids loved the rock climbing wall. Communication with the host was clear and she responded quickly. We also loved that we could bring our dogs on our vacation. Thanks again for an incredible cabin that we made many memories in!

Valley Hi Awesomeness

We only stayed one night but we loved it. The downstairs is wonderful for little ones. So much to do. All of the rooms are spacious. And it was beautifully maintained and decorated! We can hopefully stay here again and for much longer.
