“Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

“Spacious and cheap accomondation. No air conditioning, quite newly renovated but still some faults. We we're promised a baby bed but it wasn't in our room upon arrival. Luckily the staff was still able to provide it even it was late evening. No proper coffee machine, quite few kitchenware, broken floor lamp, quite noisy since located close to main street. However, good connections and a shopping mall right next to the hotel. Definitely not a hotel level accommondation but cheap and neat, good...
