“Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception...

“My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time here. Everything was clean and ready to go so we could just focus on having a good time. The game room was so fun we even had fun when the weather was bad and could not be on the lake. The lake was a perfect size for the teenagers to kayak on the lake independently. Would recommend! ”

“Kayak use was awesome for kids. Poor fishing in Wisconsin River with no bites at all (could be we arent good fishermen!). Absolutely loved the campfire set up with lights! Beautiful setting. We all enjoyed the corn hole. Sleeping for all. The beds were a little noisy and noted as a bit uncomfortable in the four-bed room. The rest were very comfortable. Hame room a plus. Loved ping pong.
