“This house was so perfect for our family vacation. The front house is better than the pictures and description. We used the back house only for sleeping and it was very comfortable and clean. In the front main house we used the kitchen for almost every meal. It is well stocked and everything worked well. The living area is open and roomy. The beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and linens and blankets. We did not use any of the beach gear in the garage so I don't know anything...

“Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.”

“We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

“A little rough check in but the manager was grest”

“Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

“Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!”

“Good location to golf courses, wineries, and restaurants. Property itself could have been a bit cleaner i.e., countertops were a bit sticky, and the coffee pot was dirty. However, no clutter and everything was neat. Called the property manager our last day to inform her that the master bedroom bathroom fan needed to be repaired.”
