“This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. Will happily book at the Seashine in the years to come.”

“Great stay and even better views. Saw horses daily. Nothing but love for this place. The only recommendation I would make is to install blinds/shades on the top level in case of nudist activity or afternoon TV glare. Exceptional though. Hot tub is awesome, too.”

“House was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for all of us and loved that there were baby items available for us to use! Needed linen for the pull out sofas, but Tracy was very responsive and able to put me in contact with someone to deliver linens. She was very helpful from start to finish with answering questions prior to the trip, during the trip, and helping us try to locate a lost item after we checked out. Thanks Tracy!”
