“nice staff but had problems woth the room. shower head was broken and spraying water from the screw on part and the tib faicet leaked all night... also, the plate in the microwave kept slamming some how and sounded like it was going break... I was going to inform the clerk on the way out, but there was no one at the desk”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……
