"Beautiful spot. 10/10 would stay again. Check in was a bit frustrating as we never received the check in instructions, so we were outside of house for a while on the phone with Vrbo to sort it out. Eventually got the code and made it in. Everything after that was perfect. Great house. Great location. Highly recommend."

It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. We loved that there were bikes we could use, chairs for when we sat on the beach, and we were walking distance to so many great Newport Beach spots. My only very minor complaint was that it was located on Balboa, which can get a little noisy, but it only bothered the upstairs bedroom occupant. We brought ear plugs so it was all good. "
