The location is super convenient, 5 minutes to everything, tourist shops, grocery, bars, etc. the house is cutting edge and very safe. Penca Beach was a short walk to the end of the street and many restaurants at the other end. We enjoyed the back porch and loved listening to the wildlife.The owners and caretaker were very quick to communicate, yet we felt like we had the property to ourselves most of the time.
