"My wife and I stayed here this past weekend for some quiet time and to visit the fryeburg fair. The pictures do not do this place justice! The views are breathtaking. The cabin is adorable with plenty of room.A gorgeous, quiet pond just steps from the door with kayaking and swimming. Amazing. Bugs were not a problem at all this time of year. House had everything we needed, cooked some great meals in the well stocked kitchen.Host was super nice and responsive, offered great suggestions for local attractions/restaurants, etc. 10/10, a perfect weekend - my wife and i immediately started talking about a return trip with the kids!"
"Unfortunately, very short visit, came later than expected and had to leave early. Didn't get a chance to explore other areas of the Inn - library, kitchen, porch, outside - everything looked very cozy and appealing"
"The lighthouse is such a wonderful place to stay. The property is secluded enough to be quiet and private, yet a short drive to great restaurants and many activities. The hosts were quick to respond to any question we had. They went above and beyond on amenities - anything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the fire at night and being tucked away in the woods let us see more stars than I have ever witnessed. We highly recommend this property "

"Beautiful large home right on the Saco river. The house inside and out was loaded with things to do, i.e., tree fort, fishing, swimming, ping pong table, pool table, arcade, fire pit, huge deck , We brought our kayaks and large 12 person rubber raft and had a blast on the river. Also, for a day trip, 40 minutes to StoryLand. We will definitely return."
