“We rented this property for the weekend that my daughter graduated. The location of the house to her school was very convenient. We met Sergio at the house and he showed us around. He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. I would have liked to have known that before we got there so I could have asked if certain things were there. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Sergio……

“The house is located off a busy main road, but the street itself is very quiet. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We were there for work and family visits and it was perfectly located in the capital district. Whether you were going to Cohoes, Niskayuna, Albany, or Altamont - it was all a short drive. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.”

“Do not stay here! I am an international traveler, backpacker, and am used to some rough accommodations, but this stay was truly awful. My friend and I booked the space for a weekend, despite reading the previous reviews, thinking it could not be that bad. The house was overwhelmingly musty, there was mold up into the windowsills, the carpeting felt damp to walk on, and least of all the beds were hard and uncomfortable. We left after one night. It felt like a health hazard to be there. Neither……

“We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything.”

“Property was easy to get to. Located right off the thruway. House was clean and located close to plenty of shopping options. There was also fast food restaurants located within walking distance. ”

“This home has so much character. The wood trim, old vents and even the bathtub. You walk out the back and the Hudson is right there. Such peace. If i am ever in the area again, i wouldn't hesitate to book it again.”

“The home was nice and felt very homey. The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.”

“They supposedly double booked and only notified or refunded us up on request for check in info at 1030 pm the day of our arrival for my daughter doctorate hooding. It was literally the worst experience we could have had with this host.”

“This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! Thank you helping with the chemical smell I do recommend unscented laundry soap and more natural cleaning projects!”
