Run down resort, key card not working, low water pressure and no hot water available, the worst part I was not able to flush the toilet. I complained to the management regarding broken toilet and also trash inside the villa’s personal jacuzzi. Not sure they even do the chlorine treatment with the ...

People from the front desk are not very helpful no towels too and every time you ask for the manager that just ignore and there Is a guy in the front desk his name is Bryan this guy is rude not very approachable. I didn’t enjoy my stay at all
