“PSU graduation weekend. This was a great base Of operations. The house and surrounding area is super cute and fairly convenient to State College. The house slept our group of 5 fine and the poker table was a big hit for game night fun. The owner brought by a corkscrew at a moments notice when we texted her that it wasn’t anywhere to be found. They live nearby. I wish the weather had been better.”

“This cottage was absolutely charming. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay and art retreat at a nearby farm. . The grounds were beautifully groomed and the cows even walkover to greet us. The owners nearby were very hospitable and friendly. ”

“Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day.”

The owners really had many special touches that made the stay a perfect VRBO (hotel like furnishings, GOOD toilet paper stocked, great dishes, cooking utensils, everything was very well done and everything worked perfectly). We had a small family gathering and people raved at how close it was to Penn State. thank you for a perfect stay!”

“What a delight to show up at this quaint little cottage and find that it was as good or even better than pictured! Perfect for our small family to stay during a three day Penn State Graduation weekend; only about 30 minutes away from campus. Very clean and well-appointed. We used the grill outside for a lovely dinner. Owner communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us retrieve an item left behind after we had checked out. Highly recommend this gem!”

“Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. ”

“The owners were excellent hosts. Great value for the price. Located in nice neighborhood. Loved the rustic wood floor and antiques. Clean and warm. Owners kept the kitchen stocked with tea and coffee. Very “homey” feel. The open bathroom wasn’t a big issue for us since we stayed with family. Less expensive than any other hotels in the area, especially on a game weekend.”

“We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized. We will definitely be checking...
