“Communication with Tim was effortless which I appreciate very much! There was no need to contact him once we were there because everything was great. Clean and about a 10 minute walk into the beautiful village area. Backyard area was a hit with my two adult daughters and my granddaughter of 15 months. “This home is beautiful and in the perfect location! Walking distance to all the fun things in Saugatuck! The check in and check out process was a breeze. We all loved sitting in the screened in sunroom with our morning coffee. Delightful stay!”

“The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen was very functional and the living area comfortable. The king sized beds were firm (but not too much) and there’s plenty of room in the closets. The walk to downtown was more than we could handle but driving to it was easy. The fire pit was ready to go, which was great for s’mores. ”

“The place is beautiful, cozy, incredibly centrally located, and absolutely great! I stayed with my mom and two young kids and we had a blast! It was clean, the back screened in porch wonderful for family game nights, and well stocked with everything that we needed. Communication and check-in were super smooth. Would stay here again anytime!”

“This was the perfect location for 2 couples and young kids. The weather was rainy and the basement play room kept the children entertained all morning. Enough space to spread out, and plenty of bathrooms. Listing pictures are accurate and the home was clean and we really appreciated the labels in the kitchen it made it really easy to find everything.”

“Cozy, Hidden Gem in Norton Shores.We had a fantastic stay at this cozy home! Although it’s located in a quiet subdivision, it feels tucked away and private, surrounded by trees and ferns.
