Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It was quite peaceful with no disturbances and the design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and modern. The staff were nice and helpful too, however my only con was that the food was poor, not horrible some nice bits but overall poor.

We stayed at this hotel from September 3-7 and were super impressed with the hotel and location. It is right on the beach, and super close to a number of excellent restaurants. The room was clean and cute, I would HIGHLY recommend getting the sea view! Stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. zeker het geld waard. ook de locatie van het hotel is top, net uit de drukte maar op wandelafstand naar het centrum. ook dichtbij mooie lekkere restaurantjes. het uitzicht is prachtig. alles was zeer proper en in perfecte staat. dit hotel zal ik zeker aanraden aan mijn kennissen.

Schoon, ruim, vriendelijk, niet in de drukke wijk wat heel prettig is. Strand heel dichtbij, wel met een behoorlijke trap wat logisch is voor deze kustlijn. Maar men moet goede conditie voor hebben. Ontbijt is goed, maar basic qua kwaliteit voor 4*. Water/1ltr wordt elke dag door een aparte team aangevuld. Een vreemde actie: 1 ltr is nooit genoeg voor 1 dag. Te veel handelingen en mensen voor nodig: een watertap op elke verdieping was veel handiger geweest. Het blijft een aanrader.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. On arrival Delphine at reception was very warm,friendly and helpful. He greeted us warmly each day. The other reception staff were also wonderfully kind and helpful. The room was sparkling clean. The cleaners work particularly hard to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms daily. Janeth from the dining hall greeted us with a warm smile every morning that we went for breakfast. There is a great breakfast selection but will be slightly limited for those who are vegan. The pool isn’t huge but didn’t feel small either. Even with multiple families, there was enough space for everyone to have fun and play. I would say, they could do with having a few more sun loungers though.

Hotel is away from most amenities. To stay here, a car is needed. Bolt was a savior. Beach is down a set of steep stairs with broken steps. Hotel messed up on an order for vegetarian Caesar salad when it was served with bacon and chicken. Lounge entertainment was a nice diversion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay. It was worth paying extra for the front/full ocean view. Very convenient location, short walk to the beach, shops, trails, and marina, as well as a central location for visiting Lagos and Carvoeiro as well. Fantastic breakfast, beautiful pools.
