"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Great location overlooking the main canal, with great soundproofing so our stay was quiet and relaxed. Accommodation spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities if you wanted them. Claudia gave us a very useful map and good ideas of what to see and how to get there. We particularly enjoyed the trip on the bus out to Costa Nova on a lovely sunny day. Highly recommended."
