Villa in Pouzols with Private Pool & Vineyard View

Enjoying the beautiful view over the vineyards, this is a 5-bedroom villa in Pouzols-Minervois. It has a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers to soak up in the sun before taking a refreshing dip. The villa suits a large family or a group of 10 persons.

The little village of Pouzols has plenty of vineyards and olive groves. The town center rests at 5 km if you wish to go for a stroll in the evening. At 6 km, you can dine at one of the restaurants and buy groceries from the supermarkets. There is a river flowing 8 km away if you wish to have a pleasant day out. For day trips, the towns of Olonzac, Homps, and Narbonne are great.

You can prepare delicious meals in the kitchen and enjoy them together in the dining room. On the balcony attached to the bedroom, you can start your mornings with a beautiful view. There is a baby bath for little guests. A cot and a high chair are available. 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet.

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool, aber...

Der erste Eindruck war wirklich gut. Der klare, angenehm temperierte Pool lockte und in den schönen Außenbereich und sorgte immer für angenehme Abkühlung. Draußen gibt es zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten, am Essplatz wäre eine zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz toll. Da es im August sehr heiß ist und das Haus nur ungenügend gedämmt ist, war es spätestens ab 13 Uhr nicht mehr drinnen aus haltbar. Hier muss definitiv eine Klimaanlage installiert werden oder eine Vermietung im Sommer ausgesetzt werden. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, beim genaueren Betrachten müssen sie aber dringend ausgetauscht werden (überall zahlreiche gelbe Flecken)! Das unangenehmste aber ist die Ameisenplage. Zweimal hatten die Personen, die im unteren Zimmer geschlafen haben, Ameisen nachts im Gesicht und im Bett. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go!!! Und unverschämt war dazu, dass wir als Mieter selbstständig für Abhilfe schaffen mussten und dies weder bezahlt wurde, noch der Vermieter uns eine Entschuldigung bzw einen Preisnachlass gewähren wollte für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Wird im Haus deutlich nachgearbeitet, geputzt und gedämmt, ist das Haus wirklich großartig. Denn die Lage ist toll und das naheliegende Weingut Monadtrel hat mit uns neue Kunden gewonnen.

Det romslige stueområdet og det godt utstyrte kjøkkenet gjorde det enkelt for vår gruppe på ti å nyte måltider sammen, Vi tilbrakte dagene våre ved å slappe av ved det private bassenget og sole oss, Villaens beliggenhet er perfekt for å utforske de nærliggende vingårdene, og vi hadde en herlig middag på en koselig restaurant bare en kort kjøretur unna, Jeg anbefaler dette stedet på det sterkeste for familier eller grupper som ønsker en avslappende ferie!

Puntjes voor verbetering vatbaar tot “fantastisch”: Geen airco, geen waaiers/windmolens en bij 30+ graden wel erg warm op verdiep (keuken living slaapkamers boven). Geen muggen/vliegenramen. Meeste ligstoelen aan zwembad beschadigd, gebroken aan zitvlak (wel nog bruikbaar).
