“What an awesome loft in downtown Des Moines. Everything was as we expected. City living and access to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our Host was on point and made sure that we received a 5-Star experience and we did! The dog area on the 6th floor was perfect for our Papillion Loco.”

“We needed a quick overnight stop on the way from Denver to West Michigan that would allow pets. We arrived very late and getting in was a breeze. The apartment was very nice, easily accessible, and just down the street from a great bakery/coffee shop for our early departure. Just what we needed. Would happily stay again.”

“This is the 2nd time staying at this property. Nice 2br apt that's only a 3min walk to Hoyt Sherman Place located in the Sherman Hill district of Des Moines. There was a problem with one of the beds but they resolved it and moved us to another apts. We will defiantly stay again.”

“We had a great time here! It was as advertised, with very responsive host and management crew. The big screen was awesome, the setup was fun and unique, and the beds were comfortable. We had only one small issue with the bathroom faucet not turning on and it was promptly addressed and fixed. The check-in process to get the FOB and parking takes a little bit of effort, but was smooth, and well instructed. Overall a great experience.”

“Great little downtown apartment for a place close by nightlife to sleep at. We didn’t use the kitchen really and just slept there but it was clean and spacious for the 3 of us, liked the clean and large bathrooms!”

“My wife and I came to Des Moines to go to Drake Relays for the weekend. Although the property was not near campus, it was only a short car ride away, and we had the advantage of having the amenities of East Village Des Moines at our disposal. Everything about the place was as advertised. My only slight complaint was that the keypad lock to the front door was a bit finicky - it took us a few times to get the hang of it. That said, I would not hesitate to stay at this unit again.”

“The place was very clean with all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable. The views were exceptional. Everything was in walking distance so we left our car in the parking garage all weekend. Checking in was a little confussing only because we didn't know the area and the skywalk was a bit hard to find. We would stay again and thinking of coming back in the summer.”

“Overall the room was great. No parking is included so test your luck with street parking. 2/3 times that I’ve stayed here I’ve tried to contact host about an issue with no response. The first time the TV remote was missing this time a few of the lights were out. In all it’s a great room for the price and perfect for someone visiting friends/family. ”

“This property had a great location and was a close walk to the Wells Fargo Arena. The building itself was all black, it honestly reminded me of Gru's house in Despicable Me... The elevator makes some odd noises, and the door opens before its fully at the floor. The apartment door only had a handle lock, not a deadbolt, and there was a patch on the door. It was very clean, and decorated nicely! The coffee/tea bar had honey sticks, which was an unexpected touch. It smelled very strongly of air...
