My experience at the hotel was exceptional. I arrived early at 9:45 AM prior to my arrival I did not ask for an early check-in so I was expecting to leave my luggage at the front desk until my 3 PM check-in. The receptionist said that he had a room available for me. I did not have to wait. I was totally surprised and impressed with that first interaction. The hotel is first class the rooms the amenities I have traveled extensively I don’t ever remember being in a hotel room where there was an umbrella available, which I needed an umbrella while I was visiting. The Tulsa Club Hotel is now on the top of my favorite hotel list. First class accommodations!!

Major stuff like cleanliness and food just fine. A few items kept this from being 5 star review though. We had a 4 night stay. The bed was not made after either of our first 2 nights. We don’t need sheets changed but it would have been nice to have a made bed to come back to after a long day. 2nd day only left us 1 bath towel for 2 people. Next night we got 3 bath towels but only 1 set of hand towel/wash cloth. Neither room key worked the second night. Had to go back down from the 4th floor to get them reset. They worked fine for the next 3 days.

The staff was excellent. The room was spotless. The breakfast bar was delicious.
