“Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen.
Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...

“In den ersten zwei Tagen war die Wohnung anderweitig vergeben, obwohl wir eine Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Deshalb wurden wir in einer Ausweichwohnung in einem umgebauten Schuppen auf dem Hof untergebracht.
Der Eindruck dort war ungepflegt. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das Bad war dilettantisch ausgebaut, weshalb nach jedem Duschen alles unter Wasser stand. Die Lampen waren teilweise kaputt. Auch ein Fenster war mehrfach gesprungen und mit Aluminiumfolie "ausgebessert".
Nach zwei Tagen...

“Even though the room was clean, there were people smoking outside the property and the smell penetrated the room big time. Other guests were very noisy (talking loudly until 5 am or so).
It appeared that the TV had been broken for a long time. No internet.
Yes, there’s free parking on the street but only between 10 pm and 9 am.
The price was good, and the place served the purpose. Not sure if I would stay there again though. ”
