You could say something like,“I’m really disappointed that my reservation wasn’t honored after booking three weeks in advance. My family and I love this place, staff and management are awesome always there at your every need and going above and beyond to make your stay relaxing. You are away from the beach it’s about a 10-15 minute drive but very well worth it if you are not trying stay in the party seen that Rocky point offers. This is my second time staying here and we enjoy it very much, the kiddos get to enjoy the swimming pool after they’ve had a long day at the beach. This place is very secure so it makes us feel at ease. Rooms, lobby and in general the whole place is very clean. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing the area so it makes it even more enjoyable. I am very impressed and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Hotel Hacienda Monarcas for the hospitality.

Amazing stay! WiFi is a bit wonky, and our stay was during the off-season so the restaurant was closed, but I am amazed with the staff. We felt very safe with the gate security there, and the rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
