La comida para ser un hotel económico es excelente, la bebida no muy buena realmente, me gustó la atención de los meseros, me gusta q se puede pasar a otras piscina de los demás hoteles, lo que no me gustó es la atención del lobby, es muy lento y los buses que transportan deberían ser más frecuentes. Del resto bien. Aaah las habitaciones suite junior 10 de 10 y limpieza igual.

Muy buena opcion, en cuanto a calidad y precio, es un buen servicio por lo que pagas. Una de las cosas a tener en cuenta sería el aire acondicionado, no estaba en buen estado por lo que no enfriaba y el tiempo que se toma para hacer el check-in y check-out. Deben tener mas personal para que el cliente dure menos en estos procesos.

This has been one of the worst I would say the worst I have ever attended and everything from the beginning was chaos first because although I had made sure that the registration was made with two adults and two children in the system it seemed that the children were infants when I was 100% sure that I had put them as children with the respective ages and still I had to pay extra to the amount of the reservation I had made previously, something excessive for being children, in the rooms they looked nice until I had to take a bath since almost everything was dirty, the bathroom floor was always wet due to leaks from the ceiling and with which one of my children almost fell, in my father-in-law's room a large spider appeared, the food was disgustingly disgusting there was no variety in my stay in it, everything was far away, the only thing I could highlight about the food would be the omelette but everything else was disgusting. Giving it a rating of zero (0) would already be enough because not even one (1) deserves it. I would never return to this hotel even if I had someone to pay for it.

Personal amable y atento, buena playa , comida aceptable aunque falto variedad. Check in muy lento, para el ckeck out lo peor, no habia maleteros espere mas de una hora y tuve que cargar el equipaje yo mismo, y se acumularon varios huespedes esprando por maleteros.

Muy buena experiencia, buena atención, buena comida, buen transporte. Una oportunidad de mejora es que en algunas habitaciones del primer piso el balcón no tiene divisiones y hace que no se sienta tan personal el espacio para pasar un rato ahí (Son pocas por lo que entiendo pueden mejorarlo pronto) El Casino tiene las mejores piñas coladas ;D

It took over an hour to check in and we where lucky we where some of the first people in line, way understaffed . Once check in we got a ride right away to our building . Rooms were ok but no safe and not even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Food was below par . No discoteca at night only have a casino open now which is small and no “life “ inside of it. Many spots closed under construction which was never mentioned when reservation was made or at check in. The amount of time we had to wait to get to the lobby to check out was another hour and half process. The big shuttles don’t take hand bag luggage then only one van running to take luggage while groups of 20 or more people are waiting to get while empty golf cart just keep passing and staying they can’t take us. Just super slow and has nothing to offer. I would have been happier staying at my house for the night. Complete waste of money. We have been coming for years and this will for sure be the last time .

What a disappointing experience — but I guess you get what you pay for. I’ve never been to a resort so disorganized. The check-in line at 3 PM was wrapped around the lobby. Luckily we did early check-in at 11 AM, but still had to return at 3 to get our keys. The main lobby area is under construction. The pool was drained, and all main restaurants were closed. Drinks were weak and the menu was extremely limited. You must book specialty restaurants between 9–11 AM or you’re out of luck. The buffet food was decent and the rooms were clean, but had the “landlord special” paint job — everything just covered in paint. We only stayed two nights, and that was two too many. Guests were pushing and cutting in line for the shuttle buses. Unless you have VIP bands, access is very limited. The power went out multiple times. Our safe was broken, and staff was mostly rude. Check-in and check-out are still done on paper, making everything slow. No event list is given — you have to go to the lobby and take a photo of the schedule. The entertainment was mediocre. We watched “Zulu,” which was advertised as an Afro-Taino experience, but it was awful. A quarter of the crowd left before it ended. This is the most basic all-inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel has clearly seen better days and is mid-renovation. We will never be back.

El servicio de la joven de recepción , fue horrible , pésimo , horripilante , pedante , inaceptable, no está apta para trabajar servicio al cliente , deja que sus conocidos pasen delante de personas que tienen mucho tiempo en espera , el chico que me dio asistencia si fue amable , la habitación no fue de mi agrado ya que el aire no funcionaba y el cambio fue de madrugada , no es ético ya que se reportó muy temprano , la habitación que finalmente nos dieron estaba en mal estado , mi queja y disgusto por el cual no recomendaría su hotel es por el pésimo servicio al cliente .
