A stone's throw from the city center and the large beach of Quiberon, beautiful 3-room apartment of approximately 65m² for 4 people. It is located on the 1st floor of the Varquez residence.

He understands :

- A living room with sofa, armchairs, table, chairs and TV,
- A separate fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove with oven and 4-burner induction hob, toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker),

Appartement agréable, très bien situé ( on peut accéder à pied a plein de choses magasins, restaurant, embarquement Belle île, plages..) place de parking , seul bémol literie trop molle (mal de dos, désagréable)
