“I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding of the staff, I had already prepaid for my stay and inclement weather was approaching so I made the decision to cut my stay short. I spoke with one of the guest service agents and she helped with getting a refund for the days I wouldn't be staying. The property is beautiful and i definitely will be returning during the summer. ”

“The room is pristine. Super clean. Wonderful beds, on the firm side, and comfy pillows. Great service! Called to get extra blankets, and they were brought up right away. The front desk, checking in was super friendly and offered a cup of beer at check in! I used the valet service which had very personable people both checking in and departure, helping me load up the van and making sure my friends and I were comfortable, before sending us on our way. “Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, room was very clean. I wipe everything down when I get there and I got nothing but clean. Nothing showing on my Lysol wipes after wiping. Location to Brewer stadium and The Forum was about and 15 - 20 min commute but worth it due to location of this hotel in Brookfield. Felt safe all the time. Breakfast was good. Everything was warm and not overcooked. Cheese omelets and sausages was the hot portion. Had all the continental options as well. Definitely……
