"Dislike for no welcoming, no reception. It's a joint hotel with hotel Mirage. 1 pool and breakfast area for 2 hotels. Air condition had 2 problems: batteries are needed to be changed and front panel was not working. No shampoo provided. 9 lev per day for parking. I haven't seen anyone on reception for 4 days. No ring bell on reception. Pretty far to nearest beach. Many cars are parked right on pavement in the area. With such attitude towards customers they have I don't recommend this place."

"Very limited breakfast. You had to stay in line for about 10 minutes to get a small cap of coffee. No towels for the beach. No area on the beach - you have to pay or stay in empty 'free zone'."

"Our family had a great time at the hotel. Pool was clean and the kids loved playing in it. Wait staff at breakfast was very welcoming and helpful. Plamen was able to answer any questions we had about the neighborhood, and which beaches to frequent. The location was a quick walk to both the beach and downtown. You can’t find a better place to stay with a more welcoming staff. The room was the right size for our family of 5."
