“Do not stay here. They had to move me 3x. The 2nd time was after I got trapped in the room and the door was busy down and I was hit in the face. Horrible experience. The first move was a readily of dripping mold and mold through the unit. Both of my unit had mold. The toilet flooded immediately. It’s funky throughout , trash in hallway and various smells no matter what part you in. It needs to be shut down . I have all pictures and videos to prove it. Horrible horrible experience”

“The room was clean but the chair fabric was dirty with stains, as well as the bed skirt, bathroom was okay, beds was firm but the AC was bad!! It was not cold at all even though I had it on the lowest temperature available. My family complained about it being hot at night and very uncomfortable to fall and stay asleep. My family and I have visited multiple times and never had this problem before. I'm not sure when was the last time they serviced the AC unit but it was not ok in 97degree weather……

“This hotel was terrible. The rooms were disgusting. We bad dirty sheets on our beds.There was the smell of mold. The floors were dirty. The walls look like someone had been smoking in it for yrs.
You couldn’t walk on your bare feet. It was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. The water park is across the street so not convenient for someone with small children.
I spoke to the hotel manager about it, and he just looked at me. He did not offer any accommodation. He didn’t say he was sorry for……
