Relaxed weekend

The home was very nicely located right in the heart of rohoboth beach. All of the amenities necessary were there in a bright and cheerful atmosphere. If you're looking for a place at rehobuth, this home is for you. There is a tremendous amount of space for a large family, and it sleeps many, many people.

Girls’ Weekend Out

Wonderful house with everything we needed to have fun and enjoy the charms of Rehoboth! From check-in to check-out, the house offered comfortable gathering spots and really great bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need, and the home was clean and really well cared-for. The weather was cold and rainy but we had a great weekend because of the house! Will definitely book again!

Family long weekend

Designed to bring our two sons and family, including baby granddaughter, together. Excellent house with all supplies for cooking, since Alice is too young to go out for dinner. The son in NYC ultimately couldn’t make it due to illness, so we will have to rent this house again. This is our second time at 314 Laurel and it was as remembered.

Beautiful home, perfect location

I had a great long weekend here with extended family at this home, just steps away from downtown Rehoboth. Plenty of bedrooms, but the huge open common areas made the stay very comfortable, even with all 8 of us. Will be back at this one!

An elegant time

Stayed with friends over a long weekend to celebrate birthdays, and we felt like we were really spoiling ourselves as the house is beautiful! We had so much space, and felt the need to sit on every seat. The house is well stocked with books and games, and very convenient for shops and beach. We had a slight leak problem with primary sink but after notification, Vacasa sent someone very quickly and it was dealt with straight away. Our only minor negative was a slight smell in the kitchen which we narrowed down to some fish remaining in the waste disposal which we dealt with - would have been worse if left for longer of course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit! Thank you Elegant House!

Great Neighborhood!

Great layout, quiet neighborhood and 10 minute walk from all the shops & beach. Nice experience for two families and plenty of space to spread out.

Very Nice House in a Great Location

The house was even nicer than pictured and very clean upon arrival. The location is walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk (10-15 minutes), as well as two local parks (including a great playground at the elementary school). We also enjoyed the shuffle board table in the living room, as well as the seating on the front porch.

Great House

The house is spacious and nicely furnished and organized. Easily accommodated our party of 8 adults and an infant. Great location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The property manager was very helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, we left some items and although they promised to send them within hours of checking out, it is now 2 weeks later and no one at the company has any idea what or where the items are, not even sure if the people I spoke with know where Delaware is.
